Illustrative figures. Your dashboard is built entirely from your own transactions.
Spreadsheets stop working at exactly the wrong moment
Usually the moment you open a second location, or hire the second person who needs to touch stock.
Nobody trusts the number
The sheet says 14, the shelf has 9, and there is no record of where the other five went.
Margins are a guess
Cost price gets overwritten on every purchase, so last month’s profit is calculated with this month’s cost.
Two people, one file
Someone sells stock that was already sold, and the correction happens after the customer has left.
Built around how stock actually moves
Not a CRM with a quantity field bolted on.
Product catalogue that fits real stock
SKUs, barcodes, categories, brands, units with conversions, batch and expiry dates, and serial numbers for the items that need them.
Multi-warehouse by default
Stock is held per location, not per company. Transfer between branches with a dispatch-and-receive flow that shows what is still in transit.
A stock ledger you can audit
Every movement is recorded with the quantity before and after, its cost, the document that caused it and who posted it. Nothing is edited after the fact.
Sales and a fast POS
Full invoices with tax and discounts, or a keyboard-and-scanner till for counter sales. Both reduce stock through the same validated path.
Purchasing that matches reality
Raise an order, approve it, then receive goods in full or in part. Stock rises when the delivery arrives — not when the paperwork is created.
Reporting on actual cost
Weighted average or FIFO costing, so your margin reflects what the stock cost you rather than what it costs today.
One order, start to finish
The rules that keep the numbers honest, in the order you meet them.
- 01
Order from your supplier
Raise a purchase order with costs, tax and expected delivery. Approve it, then send it. Nothing has touched stock yet.
- 02
Receive what actually arrived
Record 20 of the 50 you ordered, with batch and expiry if you track them. Stock rises by 20 and the order stays partially received.
- 03
Sell it
Complete a sale and stock falls in the same transaction that issues the invoice. Insufficient stock stops the sale with the real numbers.
- 04
See where you stand
Inventory value, gross margin, receivables and reorder lists — all computed from the ledger, not typed into a summary.
Your data stays yours
Isolation between companies is enforced in the database, not in the application. Every table carries the workspace it belongs to, and every query is filtered by a policy that checks your membership — so a bug in a screen cannot leak another company's stock.
In plain terms: another business cannot see your stock, your prices or your customers — not by accident, and not if someone goes looking.
- Row-level security on every business table
- Granular roles: nine built in, from Owner to read-only Viewer
- Append-only audit trail that normal users cannot rewrite
- Atomic stock operations — a sale never posts without its stock movement
- Files scoped per workspace in isolated storage
Isolated by policy
Enforced by PostgreSQL, per row, on every request.
Roles that fit teams
Warehouse staff adjust stock; they never see billing.
Full audit trail
Who changed what, when, and what the values were.
Scan, don’t type
Barcode lookup on the devices your staff already carry.
Simple pricing that grows with you
Every plan includes the full inventory engine. Higher plans raise the limits and add tracking features.
